What if I’m not sure which services to book?
That’s completely okay. if you’re unsure, simply book the service that feels closest to what you’re looking for. During your consultation we’ll talk through your hair goals and I’ll adjust the plan if needed, so you receive the services that give you the best results.
Can I book keratin and color on the same day?
Yes, the Keratin Express Treatment can be booked on the same day as a color or highlight service. KC Smooth and NKST (Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment) need to be scheduled separately and are not to be performed on the same day as color or highlights so each service can deliver the best results for your hair.
What if I’m not finding an available appointment that works for me?
If you’re not seeing a time that works for you, you’re welcome to add yourself to my wait-list for specific days or times. If an appointment becomes available, you’ll automatically be notified by text and email.
Many guests also prefer to reserve their next visit in advance so they always have a time that works best for their schedule.
What can I expect during my appointment?
You’ll enjoy a relaxed, one-on-one experience in my private salon suite. We’ll begin with a consultation to talk through your hair goals and create a plan that works for your hair and lifestyle. During your appointment you’re welcome to relax, catch up on work, or simply enjoy some quiet time while I take care of the details.
