I want every part of your experience to feel easy, thoughtful, and well cared for. Here are a few details to help everything run smoothly.
Appointments & Rescheduling
You’re welcome to schedule your appointments online whenever it feels convenient for you. If you need to make a change, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so I can offer that time to another guest.
You can reschedule directly through your booking confirmation, or reach out if you need assistance. If you’re not seeing a time that works for you, you’re always welcome to join the waitlist and you’ll be notified if something becomes available.
If you’re running a few minutes behind, please let me know when you can. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but arriving late may require adjusting your service so I can stay on schedule for the next guest.
Late Arrivals
Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

Adjustments
I always want you to love your hair. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, please reach out within 7 days so we can make an adjustment if needed.
